Sharpening your hands on nutrition skills
Level 4 focuses on the Hands On Nutrition Workshops. The HONW is a cooking skills workshop run by facilitators in their local community with the active support of your Country Kitchens team buddy.
Workshops involve a cooking demonstration, basic nutrition education, a group cooking session, and a lot of fun!
To prepare our facilitators to deliver these workshops we provide a 1-day training session, teaching culinary skills, group facilitation techniques and basic chronic disease knowledge. Check the Member Events tab for upcoming Level 4 training sessions; all are run by the Country Kitchens team at various locations across Queensland.
