Level 4
Hands on Nutrition Workshops
Level 4 focuses on Hands on Nutrition Workshops. HONWs are cooking skills workshops run by facilitators in their local community, with the active support of their Country Kitchens Buddy.
The workshops involve a cooking demonstration, basic nutrition education, a group cooking session, and a lot of fun!
To prepare our facilitators to deliver these workshops, we provide a full day in-person training session that teaches culinary skills and group facilitation techniques. Check the Training tab for upcoming Level 4 Facilitator Training Days; all are run by the Country Kitchens team at various locations across Queensland.
