What's Great About It:

This recipe is not only super easy to make, but is healthy with fresh ingredients including avocado, chilli, coriander and corn. By making your own pita chips, you will also be avoiding added salt which is often high in packaged corn chips. You can also serve the salsa with grilled fish or chicken for a lovely summer meal.
