PLACE saucer on top of the bowl and weigh down with a tin or can.
REFRIGERATE overnight.
TIP the pudding out of the bowl when set. Serve with low fat vanilla or Greek yogurt.

What's Great About It:

This health-a-sized dessert is a bright and tasty treat that the whole family can enjoy. Opting for wholemeal bread as the base will increase the fibre content, helping to keep you fuller for longer. You can use fresh or frozen berries and substitute blueberries or strawberries for any other berry you have on hand.
