  • Pepper, to taste

White sauce:

  • 1 litre milk, reduced fat
  • Pinch nutmeg
  • 4 tablespoons cornflour

  • ¼ cup cheese, grated
Method:
  1. PREHEAT oven to 160°C.

  5. HEAT milk and nutmeg in saucepan, add cornflour and stir until it thickens.
  6. LAYER the tomato sauce, a lasagne sheet and white sauce in the baking dish. Repeat with two more layer.
  7. SPRINKLE with cheese and bake for approximately 45 minutes to an hour.
What's Great About It:

This lasagne is a great way to get over half of your serves of vegetables in for the day! The combination of fresh and dried herbs means this dish is full of flavour without the need to add any salt.
