Happy Hummus

Ingredients:
  • 400g can chickpeas, drained
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
Method:
  1. PLACE chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, cumin and tahini into a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. SERVE with your choice of veggie sticks and wholegrain crackers or use as a healthy spread in sandwiches.
What's Great About It:

Having hummus with veggie sticks is a great snack that can help you get your serves of vegetables in. If serving this dip as part of a grazing platter, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika to jazz it up!
