What's Great About It:
This quick and easy stir fry recipe is made with smaller portions in mind, making it perfect for those who cook for just one or two people. The frozen vegetables are a simple and budget friendly option, and reduce overall preparation time. One portion of this stir fry also provides two serves of vegetables, making up almost half of your recommended serves for the day!
