Dragon Fruit Smoothie

- 1 cup frozen pink dragon fruit chunks
- 1 medium banana
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- ¾ cup reduced fat milk
- 1 tablespoon instant skim milk powder (optional)
- ½ lime, juiced
ADD all ingredients to a blender.
BLEND on high speed until very smooth.
ADD more milk as necessary to thin to desired texture.
POUR into glasses and serve immediately.
This nutritious fruit smoothie is made with a creamy blend of pink dragon fruit, banana and blueberries, making it a delicious way to get one serve of fruit into your day. The optional skim milk powder is a great, inexpensive alternative to protein powder. Try adding ice cubes or freezing your banana if you prefer a thicker consistency.
