Happy Hummus

Ingredients:
- 400g can chickpeas, drained
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 1 small garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon tahini
Method:
- PLACE chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, cumin and tahini into a food processor and blend until smooth.
- SERVE with your choice of veggie sticks and wholegrain crackers or use as a healthy spread in sandwiches.
What's Great About It:
Having hummus with veggie sticks is a great snack that can help you get your serves of vegetables in. If serving this dip as part of a grazing platter, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika to jazz it up!
