Kale, Berry and Banana Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups of kale, stalk removed, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup of mixed berries, frozen
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 handful mint, stalks removed
  • 1 tablespoon coconut, shredded
Method:
  1. PLACE all ingredients in a blender and blitz until well combined.
  2. SERVE in a bowl with a sprinkle of shredded coconut.
What's Great About It:

This smoothie is packed full of fibre making it the perfect breakfast or snack to support good gut health. If you don’t have kale no problem! Just swap to spinach. For a more substantial meal, try experimenting with different toppings such as sliced fruit or granola.
