Millie’s Savoury Slice

Ingredients:
- 2 cups carrot, grated
- 1 cup zucchini, grated
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 bacon rashers, trimmed of fat, finely chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, reduced fat, grated
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 5 eggs, beaten
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- Pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
Method:
- PREHEAT oven to 180oC. Line baking tray with baking paper.
- COMBINE all ingredients in large bowl, mix well.
- SPREAD mixture into prepared pan and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
- BAKE for 30 minutes or until set.
- SERVE with side salad.
