Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup strawberry flavoured yoghurt, reduced fat
  • ½ cup milk, reduced fat
Method:
  1. ADD all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. SERVE cold.
