Crafty Foodies
Fun Handcrafts to Promote Health
The Crafty Foodies series was designed as an alternative health promotion activity for those who love handcrafts. They are also a great play experience for children.
Our Crafty Foodies activities promote our 5 key messages and can be done in a group setting, at a branch meeting, or in the comfort of your own home.
We have a range of different activities available; some are free and others require items that you can purchase from our online store or your local craft shop. Check out our video tutorials on our YouTube for detailed instructions for each activity.
Felt Food Models
We have put together templates and instructions enabling you to create a visual tool to help with understanding what a serve of vegetables or fruit looks like.

Each booklet comes with instructions for:
- Banana
- Pear
- Apple
- Pineapple

We love to see your Crafty Foodie Felt Models in use! Be sure to post a photo of your completed set on our Facebook page @qcwacountrykitchens
